Managerial Development Programme

This programme is designed to help participants learn and enhance their managerial capability. We run a series of 8-Module sessions spread out through a period of time to provide maximum learning for managers (especially the newly promoted ones). This will equip your managers with the necessary management and leadership skills to be better prepared and effective at work.

Inter-module assignments for participants to experiment and practice some key learning from the modules is incorporated into the programme.
