Understand fundamentals of managing team engagement and performance using Bruce Tuckman’s Team Development Model (Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing)
Recognize the characteristics and challenges encountered and what needs to be done by leaders and team members at each stage of team development
Identify the characteristics of an engaging and trusting High Performing Team and find ways to synergise with the team.
