As managers are accountable for the performance of their people, the ability to coach others is a “must have” competency in order to become inspiring and effective leaders. Company wants these Managers to become strong coaches and mentors to their people because they are going to spearhead growth and success. Coaching managers are also important in driving a coaching culture in an organisation and nurturing the future leaders.
At the end of the program managers will learn to:
Appreciate the right Emotional Intelligence Coaching Paradigm (why it is important to take ownership for being a coaching leader).
Understand principles of good coaching behaviours and practice coaching skills.
Understand the process of coaching people for sustainable performance.
Understand and apply the A-C-S and GROW Model and the Johari Window concept in coaching practice.
Create own coaching style using a variety of techniques to coach people for better performance.
