Khoo Nee Wern

Nee Wern manages various Human Capital projects in the field of Organisation Development, Performance Management, 360 Leadership Assessments, and Strategic Management.

Nee Wern has extensive experience in the field of Leadership Development, EQ Development, Organisational Teaming, and Personal Effectiveness. He started off his career as a project engineer, and then became a managing risk consultant prior to becoming an Organisation Development Consultant.

He brings with him a wealth of skills in strategic organisation management and development, applying both consulting as well as corporate experience in bringing value-added solutions to clients. Nee Wern holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Maastricht School of Management, with specialisation in Strategic Management and Leadership. He is also accredited in Harrison Assessments and its application in Emotional Intelligence.
