Tan Shin Yeen

Tan Shin Yee (Shin), is involved in various Human Capital projects, such as implementation of Performance Management System (PMS) and Rewards Infrastructure Development.

Shin has extensive working experience in the property industry, with heavy involvement in marketing and management. She has exposure in the various aspects of property marketing, customer service, and related functions. Shin has on-the-ground experience in the coaching of personnel and in management of teams.

Shin brings with her on-the-ground line experience, and combined with consulting experience, makes her a valuable member of the team.
